Buying or selling a home, a plot of land or commercial premises: every property transfer involves rights and obligations for both parties, and by law requires the involvement of a notary.
The firm follows the transaction from the preliminary agreement to the signing, checking the provenance of the property and its land-registry and mortgage situation, and drawing up a deed that protects buyer and seller equally.
Particular attention is given to international clients, an ever more present part of the property market in Olbia and along the coast: the firm also assists those buying from abroad, with the support of official translators where necessary.
What the firm handles
Purchase and sale of homes, land and commercial premises
Preliminary contracts
Gifts and divisions of property
Exchanges of property
Assistance to international clients, with an official translator on request
How it works
01
Initial consultation: you tell us about the transaction and the firm lists the documents to gather.
02
Checks on the property: provenance, land-registry and mortgage situation.
03
Preparing the deed: the firm drafts it and shares its content with the parties before the signing.
04
Signing: before the Notary, at the Olbia or Nuoro office.
