Family

Family matters — from choosing the marital property regime between spouses, to drawing up a will, to managing an inheritance — touch personal as well as legal aspects.

The firm supports individuals and families at every stage: community or separation of property, gifts, family pacts, publication of wills, acceptance and division of inheritances.

Careful advice makes it possible to address in good time choices that, if postponed, may become harder to manage.

What the firm handles

How it works

  1. Listening: the consultation is there to understand the family situation and what you want to achieve.

  2. Choosing the instrument: property regime, will, gift or family pact.

  3. Drafting the deed, with the necessary documents.

  4. Signing before the Notary, at one of the two offices.
