Corporate

Setting up a company, amending its articles, transferring shares, winding up a business: every stage in the life of an enterprise requires public deeds that only a notary can receive.

The firm assists entrepreneurs and companies in setting up new businesses, in extraordinary transactions such as mergers and conversions, in transfers of shares and in the acquisition of trademarks and licences.

What the firm handles

How it works

  2. Gathering the shareholders' documents and defining the articles of association.

  3. Deed of incorporation or amendment, received by the Notary.

  4. Follow-up formalities: filing and publicity with the Business Register, where required.
